Minimalny kapita\u0142 zak\u0142adowy sp\u00f3\u0142ki to 6 475 000 _sze\u015b\u0107 milion\u00f3w czterysta siedemdziesi\u0105t pi\u0119\u0107 tysi\u0119cy_ euro, a maksymalny kapita\u0142 zak\u0142adowy to 25 900 000 _dwadzie\u015bcia pi\u0119\u0107 milion\u00f3w dziewi\u0119\u0107set tysiecy_ euro. ”<\/p>\n

The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 20\/01\/2025, the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_, competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 2\/01\/2025.<\/p>\n
In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.1 and 2.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:<\/p>\n
„2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 6 475 000 _six million four hundred seventy-five thousand_ euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 25 900 000 _twenty-five million nine hundred thousand_ euros.”<\/p>\n
„2.4 The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 64 750 000 _sixty-four million seven hundred fifty thousand_ shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 259 000 000 _two hundred fifty-nine million_ shares.”<\/p>\n
Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.<\/p>\n
