Minimalny kapita\u0142 zak\u0142adowy sp\u00f3\u0142ki to 259 000 _dwie\u015bcie pi\u0119\u0107dziesi\u0105t dziewi\u0119\u0107 tysi\u0119cy_ euro, a maksymalny kapita\u0142 zak\u0142adowy to 1 036 000 _jeden milion trzydzie\u015bci sze\u015b\u0107 tysi\u0119cy_ euro.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Aktualnie kapita\u0142 zak\u0142adowy Sp\u00f3\u0142ki FON SE wynosi 259 000,00 EURO.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>W za\u0142\u0105czeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu Sp\u00f3\u0142ki w polskiej, angielskiej oraz esto\u0144skiej wersji j\u0119zykowej.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 28\/06\/2024, the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_, competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 14\/03\/2024.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.1 of the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association is as follows:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8221; 2.1.
