The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn hereby publicizes information about the submission yesterday _i.e. on 3\/01\/2024_ of an application for the admission to trading of 140 625 000 shares of the Issuer issued as part of the bonus issue of 23\/11\/2023 _date of adoption of the resolution by the Issuer’s General Meeting of Shareholders_.<\/p>\n
Therefore, the Issuer appeals to make prudent investment decisions, in particular in the context of the soon introduction of new issue shares to trading.<\/p>\n
