Planowany termin dopuszczenia akcji to w przybli\u017ceniu druga po\u0142owa stycznia 2024 r. Emitent prosi o jak najszybsze dopuszczenie do notowa\u0144 wnioskowanych akcji bonusowych.<\/p>\n

Jednocze\u015bnie Zarz\u0105d wskazuje, i\u017c podmiot dominuj\u0105cy wobec Emitenta, Patro Invest OU podj\u0105\u0142 dzia\u0142ania stabilizacyjne poprzez sprzeda\u017c akcji Emitenta na GPW celem ustabilizowania kursu Emitenta _sprzedano akcje w ilo\u015bci 770 000 sztuk_, jednak\u017ce aktualnie ilo\u015b\u0107 akcji Emitenta dopuszczonych do obrotu w posiadaniu podmiotu dominuj\u0105cego wynosi 40 000 sztuk _ilo\u015b\u0107 wedle stanu na godzin\u0119 17:06 w dniu 28 grudnia 2023_, co mo\u017ce by\u0107 ilo\u015bci\u0105 niewystarczaj\u0105c\u0105 dla dalszej stabilizacji kursu. Dlatego Zarz\u0105d zwraca si\u0119 do Inwestor\u00f3w z apelem o bardziej przemy\u015blane zakupy, gdy\u017c aktualna sytuacja grozi dalszym niekontrolowanym wzrostem kursu.<\/p>\n
The Management Board of FON SE, with reference to current report No. 12\/2023 of 11\/12\/2023 informs that on 20\/12\/2023 the Company submitted appropriate documents to the National Depository for Securities for the conditional registration of 140 625 000 shares resulting from the bonus issue registered on 20\/12\/2023 by the register of commercial companies _Ariregister_ appropriate under Estonian law.<\/p>\n
Immediately after the National Depository for Securities issues a relevant resolution on the above subject, the Company will submit an appropriate application to the Warsaw Stock Exchange for admission to trading of 140 625 000 shares from the bonus issue.<\/p>\n
The planned date of admission of the shares is approximately the second half of January 2024. The Issuer requests to admit to trading the requested bonus shares as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
Therefore, the Company’s Management Board once again appeals for carefull investment decisions, especially in the context of the soon admission of new issue shares to trading.<\/p>\n
At the same time, the Management Board indicates that the Issuer’s parent company, Patro Invest OU, has undertaken stabilization activities by selling the Issuer’s shares on the WSE in order to stabilize the Issuer’s price _770 000 shares were sold_. However, the number of the Issuer’s shares admitted to trading held by the parent company currently amounts to 40 000 pcs _quantity as of 17:06 on 28\/12\/2023_, which may be an insufficient quantity for further stabilization of the price on the stock exchange. Therefore, the Management Board appeals to investors to make more thoughtful purchases, as the current situation threatens further uncontrolled price increases.<\/p>\n
