The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 3\/06\/2022, the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_, competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 24\/05\/2022.<\/p>\n
In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:<\/p>\n
„2.4.The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 1 875 000 _one million eight hundred seventy-five thousand_ shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 7 500 000 _seven million five hundred thousand_ shares.”<\/p>\n
The current number of shares issued by the Issuer is 1 875 000.<\/p>\n
Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.<\/p>\n
