Minimalny kapita\u0142 zak\u0142adowy sp\u00f3\u0142ki to 20 000 000 _dwadzie\u015bcia milion\u00f3w_ euro, a maksymalny kapita\u0142 zak\u0142adowy to 40 000 000 _czterdzie\u015bci milion\u00f3w_ euro.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;2.3. Kapita\u0142 akcyjny sp\u00f3\u0142ki dzieli si\u0119 na akcje rejestrowane bez warto\u015bci nominalnej. Wszystkie akcje sp\u00f3\u0142ki s\u0105 jednego rodzaju oraz daj\u0105 akcjonariuszom jednakowe prawa, ka\u017cda akcja daje na walnym zgromadzeniu jeden g\u0142os.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>W za\u0142\u0105czeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu Sp\u00f3\u0142ki w polskiej oraz angielskiej wersji j\u0119zykowej.<\/p>\n<p>Obecnie kapita\u0142 zak\u0142adowy Sp\u00f3\u0142ki FON SE wynosi 28 875 000,00 EUR oraz dzieli si\u0119 na 52 500 000 akcji bez warto\u015bci nominalnej o warto\u015bci ksi\u0119gowej w wysoko\u015bci 0,55 EUR na 1 akcj\u0119.<br \/>\nThe Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 11\/02\/2021 the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_ appropriate for Estonian law registered the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 12\/01\/2021.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the current wording of points 2.1 and 2.3 of the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;2.1.The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 20 000 000 euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 40 000 000 euros. &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;2.3. The share capital of the Company is divided into registered shares without a nominal value.
