Umowa nie zosta\u0142a zawarta z zastrze\u017ceniem warunku lub terminu. Emitent jest uprawniony do \u017c\u0105dania zwrotu ca\u0142ej kwoty po\u017cyczki niezw\u0142ocznie w przypadku z\u0142ego stanu maj\u0105tkowego Po\u017cyczkobiorcy.<\/p>\n
The Management Board of FON SE headquartered in Tallinn informs that on 9\/06\/2020 and 16\/06\/2020 the Company granted a loan amounting to EUR 2 200 000,00 for Damar Patro UU with its registered office at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornim\u00e4e tn 5, 10145, _Ariregister number 14494537_. Pursuant to the concluded agreements, the loan amount was disbursed in Polish zlotys and the conversion rate was PLN 4,40 per EUR.<\/p>\n
The loan agreement was concluded for the period till 30\/06\/2023.<\/p>\n
Interest on the loan was agreed as 2,5% per year. Interest installments shall be paid in six-month periods. The first interest installment shall be paid till 31\/12\/2020. Repayment of the loan was secured by the Borrower by issuance a blank promissory note with a declaration for the Issuer. The loan was concluded with no reservations concerning any condition or deadline. The Issuer has a right to demand an early repayment of the entire loan immediately in case of poor financial situation of the Borrower.<\/p>\n
