Zarz\u0105d FON SE podj\u0105\u0142 decyzj\u0119 o odpisie nale\u017cno\u015bci FON SE wobec Nowy Wiatr Sp. z o.o. w kwocie 4.379.413,04 z\u0142. Powodem tego odpisu jest to, i\u017c jedynym aktywem Nowy Wiatr Sp. z o.o. s\u0105 nale\u017cno\u015bci od Newind S.A. oraz akcje w tej\u017ce Sp\u00f3\u0142ce. Sytuacja Newind S.A. jest ci\u0119\u017cka oraz Sp\u00f3\u0142ka jest w post\u0119powaniu restrukturyzacyjnym. Powodem tej sytuacji jest utrata przez Newind S.A. znacznych aktyw\u00f3w oraz p\u0142ynno\u015bci finansowej. W tej chwili Zarz\u0105d FON SE b\u0119dzie pr\u00f3bowa\u0142 wyja\u015bni\u0107 t\u0105 sytuacj\u0119 oraz doprowadzi\u0107 do odzyskania przez Newind S.A. swoich aktyw\u00f3w, w tym w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci wyja\u015bni\u0107 sytuacj\u0119, jakim sposobem, Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Newind S.A. utraci\u0142a kontrol\u0119 nad jednym ze swoich aktyw\u00f3w w postaci nieruchomo\u015bci, po\u0142o\u017conej w miejscowo\u015bci Robakowo. Niniejsza nieruchomo\u015b\u0107 jest warta szacunkowo od 50.000.000 z\u0142 do 80.000.000 z\u0142, natomiast Newind S.A. utraci\u0142 nad ni\u0105 kontrol\u0119 wskutek podwy\u017cszenia kapita\u0142u zak\u0142adowego o kwot\u0119 10.200 z\u0142, w kt\u00f3rym partycypowa\u0142 Prezes Zarz\u0105du Newind S.A. oraz osoby powi\u0105zane z Zarz\u0105dem Sp\u00f3\u0142ki Newind S.A. w tym kontek\u015bcie Zarz\u0105d FON SE podejmie kroki w celu odzyskania tych\u017ce \u015brodk\u00f3w. Niewykluczone, i\u017c po szczeg\u00f3\u0142owej analizie powy\u017cszych czynno\u015bci oka\u017ce si\u0119, i\u017c konieczne b\u0119dzie zawiadomienie organ\u00f3w \u015bcigania na nieprawid\u0142owo\u015bci podczas czynno\u015bci Zarz\u0105du Newind S.A.<\/p>\n
The Management Board of FON SE decided to write off FON SE’s receivables towards Nowy Wiatr Sp. z o.o. in the amount of PLN 4.379.413,04. The reason for this write-off is that the only asset of Nowy Wiatr Sp. z o.o. are receivables from Newind S.A. and shares of this Company. Newind S.A. situation is hard and the Company is undergoing restructuring proceedings. The reason for this situation is the loss by Newind S.A. significant assets and financial liquidity. At the moment, the Management Board of FON SE will try to explain this situation and lead to recovery by Newind S.A. of their assets, including in particular explaining the situation, how Newind S.A. lost control of one of its assets in the form of real estate, located in Robakowo. This property is estimated at between PLN 50.000.000,00 and PLN 80.000.000,00 while Newind S.A. lost control over it as a result of the increase of the share capital by PLN 10.200,00 in which the Chairman of the Management Board of Newind S.A. participated and persons related to the Management Board of Newind S.A. In this context, the Management Board of FON SE will take steps to recover these funds. It is possible that after a detailed analysis of the above activities, it will turn out that it will be necessary to notify law enforcement authorities about irregularities during the activities of the Management Board of Newind S.A.<\/p>\n
