The Management Board of FON SE headquartered in Tallinn makes a correction of information published in the current report no. 20\/2019 of 06\/05\/2019 concerning the current Article of Association of the Company. As a result of a mistake, there were incorrect Articles of Association attached to the report. Enclosed Articles of Association included amendment on point 2.4 resulting from the Resolution no. 1 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 29\/04\/2019, that has not been registered by the register of commercial companies relevant for Estonian law _Ariregister_. The Issuer enclose to this report the current wording of the Articles of Association in Polish, English and Estonian language versions.<\/p>\n
The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 06\/05\/2019 the register of commercial companies _Ariregister_ relevant to the law of Estonia registered the change in the financial year in accordance with Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 29\/04\/2019. As a result of this, the financial year of the Company begins on July 1 and ends on June 30.At the same time, along with the registration of the change in the financial year of the Company, the relevant register of the law of Estonia registered changes to the Articles of Association of the Company.The Issuer attached to this report the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.<\/p>\n
