The Management Board of FON SE headquartered in Tallinn informs that on April 12, 2019 the Issuer conculed an agreement with PATRO INVEST O\u00dc headquartered in Tallinn regarding redemption of owned 27.000.000 _twenty-seven million_ of Ethereum blockchain-based tokens called PATRO-ICO1 _https:\/\/www.ethereum.org_.
\nUpon concluded agreement, the Parties decided that PATRO INVEST O\u00dc headquartered in Tallinn on 12.04.2019 redeems 27.000.000 Ethereum blockchain-based tokens for the total price PLN 2.467.800,00 with payment term up to 31.12.2019.
\nThe Issuer informs that total value of purchase of aforementioned tokens was PLN 11.300.000,00, and that conclusion of subscription agreement of these tokens was reported by FON SE in the current report no 63\/2017 of 04.12.2017.
\nThe Issuer informs that there are personal links between the Issuer and PATRO INVEST O\u00dc headquartered in Tallinn. Mr Damian Patrowicz \u2013 Member of the Management Board and the only partner of PATRO INVEST O\u00dc is at the same time the Member of the Issuer\u2019s Management Board.<\/p>\n
