Following receipt of the request of a shareholder PATRO INVEST O\u00dc on April 8, 2019 filed under the provision of \u00a7 293 item _2_ of the Estonian Commercial Code, together with the draft of a relevant resolution, the Management Board of FON SE _the „Company”_ informs that it took into account the shareholder’s demand in that the way that it supplemented draft resolutions prepared for the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, convened on April 29, 2019, for draft resolutions regarding the addition of a point regarding the change in the financial year of the Company and the amendment to the Articles of Association.
