The Management Board of FON SE _hereinafter the „Company”_ informs that it cancelled the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 24\/04\/2019. The decision results from the fact that as a result of the lack of a quorum at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholder held on 28\/03\/2019, the next EGM should be convened not earlier than after 7 days from the date of the last general meeting.
\nTherefore, the Management Board of the Company will immediately take steps to convene another general meeting no later than 7 days from the last EGM of the Company.<\/p>\n
