The Management Board of FON SE headquartered in Tallinn informs that on April 1, 2019 the Issuer made a payment of PLN 590.000,00 for Investment Friends SE due to fullfillment of obligations resulting from the Guarantee Agreement of 18.04.2018 that was reported by the Issuer in the current report no 11\/2018 of 18.04.2018.
\nThe Management Board of FON SE informs that after repayment of aforementioned amount, all claims of Investment Friends SE toward the Issuer due to concluded Guarantee Agreement were satisfied.<\/p>\n
